This policy applies to the gesetiket.com website and the services offered through it. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party sites you may reach through links on this site.

Your single-line diagram, general layout plan and other project files are trade secrets and are protected as such. Only the engineer assigned to your project and authorised administrators can access them. Files are never shared with any third party. During production, the supplier receives only the information relating to the label to be printed (code, material, dimensions, quantity); your project drawings and site information are NEVER sent to the supplier.

After your order is delivered, the contents of the source project files you uploaded are permanently deleted from storage. Only the file name, size and destruction date remain as an audit trail; the file itself does not remain in our systems. This process runs automatically, without any request from you.

We use the following infrastructure providers to deliver our service. These providers process your data only on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes:

• Vercel — hosting and serving the website.
• Neon — the database holding form submissions.
• Resend — delivering notification emails.

Passwords are stored irreversibly (argon2id) and are never kept in plain text or written to logs under any circumstances. All connections are encrypted with TLS. Authorisation is checked server-side at object level on every request; client-side checks are not treated as a security measure. Personal data is never written to system logs, email addresses are masked in logs, and IP addresses are not stored in raw form.

Our service is aimed at corporate customers and is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data belonging to children. If we learn that such data has been sent to us, we delete it without delay.
